Commission Info

Commissions are currently: CLOSED

Payment Info

  • All payments to be made upfront via PayPal invoice

  • You will have 48 hours to pay, before your slot is cancelled

  • Once payment is received, you will be added to the Trello queue

Timescale

  • I work full time 9-5 Monday to Friday

  • My art hours are 2 on weekdays, and all weekends

  • Any delays due to work, illness or mental health will be communicated

  • Icons can take between 1 and 3 days

  • Chibis can take between 5 and 7 working days

  • Larger scale work will have a timescale discussed

  • Items will be worked on in order of Trello queue position

Process

  • Please provide an unshaded reference sheet, or clear character artwork

  • Once work has started, you will receive a sketch for review

  • Please request any and all major changes during the sketch phase

  • Sketches come with full colour for marking/colour requests

  • Up to two major requests for change can be made once a commission is in lined stage

  • .sai files are kept for reference only, no changes will be made two weeks after completion

Completion

  • All customers receive a large, un-watermarked file for PERSONAL USE ONLY

  • A smaller, watermarked file can be posted online with direct credit / links

  • Any posts containing files without a watermark will result in a strike for blacklisting

Refunds

  • Full refunds will ONLY be given when I feel I cannot complete a commission to the agreed standard

  • Reasons : health / work related

  • A partial refund of the following amounts will be given if the customer is not happy after changes at the completed stages:

  • Sketch : 50%

  • Completed : 25%

  • Any chargebacks through PayPal will be disputed unless discussed, and will result in a blacklist

  • I DO NOT SUPPORT NFTS IN ANY WAY. If you see my work anywhere, it is not uploaded by me

  • You are allowed to print any artwork for PERSONAL use only, please do not sell my artwork
